Data Security
The system has dual data centres in ultra secure locations that ensure your data is protected from both interference and failure. Access is through any web connected PC and requires password authentication.

Multiple Users
As the administrator for your TRACcess Manager system you are able to set up users below you in the hierarchy and then allow or deny them access. The number of additional users is unlimited and controlled entirely by you. Every access requires a unique password to ensure the integrity of the system can never be compromised.

Demonstrations
We can arrange a full demonstration of the system to allow you to see the full capability of TM. It is a powerful and flexible system allowing you to concentrate on delivering customer service not spend time running for keys. How much money could you save if you never had to drive a single mile to get a key?

Key Updates
The TRACcess key stores all data relating to its use. It will stay "active" for the period you have set and then requires refreshing. The refresh of the TRACkey is done via telephone and collects all data before issuing a refresh. If you wish to disable a key then no refresh would be issued and the key will become inactive.

Building Your Universe
You will enter details of your keyholders, keys and locations of devices to build the universe that is being controlled. This information can be imported from other applications. Once this is done you will then decide which keyholders have authority for which devices or groups of devices.

It may seem daunting to think about administering your TRACcess system so we provide support and excellent training days for administrators and users to ensure you know how to make the most of the system and how to maximise savings. If you can use MS Excel you can use TM.
